    Grounding Opening Yin Class.
    Meeting yourself where you are and setting an intention, we will settle in together with a relaxing yin evening flow.

    Exploring the unique relationship between Body, Mind & Heart.
    Anna will guide you through an energising and fluid Vinyasa Flow Class, helping you find your rhythm and explore the unique body-mind-heart connection.

  • Day2 Connection Evening Class

    In the evening will unwind with a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class, focussing on deep stretches. Evening classes are here for you to digest what you have been experiencing, surrender and exhale. Each position is held between 3-5 minutes.

  • Day3 Surrender Morning Class

    Experience the holistic and creative training method combining yoga, dance, pilates
    and elements of chinese medicine. This class will empower you to let go of limiting beliefs, stagnated energy and open up to your natural flow, feelings of lightness and joy!

    Nicole will walk through this evening class focusing on deep breathing, meditation, journaling- and mental exercises. This class will help you find balance and peace of mind.
